Successful candidates will possess recent experience in working within an Australian based hospital or a clinic, posses a positive attitude and the right motivation for the job,DAA registration,access to a car or have a car, police check and full occupational health records are also required. My Client is a major provider of healthcare services in Adelaide. They are an organisation growing in many areas and has lately experienced grown to incorporate dieticians into there service including physiotherapists and podiatrists. They are now looking for a suitably qualified Dietician with demonstrated experience and a sound reputation to work in the aged care industry. Provide your facility with a comprehensive nutrition and dietetic service on nutrition related matters for residents, food service provision, menu adequacy and staff training. Menu reviews and assessments including complete computer-based nutritional analysis and feedback regarding compliance to the latest Nutrient Reference Values Consultations for patients/residents and their families including assessments, intervention and education Advice regarding nutrition support including oral and enteral supplements Food Service operations including staff training Nursing training and in-services Advice regarding the provision of 'special-diets' Clinical feedback and recommendations to comply with nutritional standards and ensure regulatory preparedness Provision of recipes or meal suggestions where appropriate Requirements: •You are registered (or are registerable) with the APD. • If you are from outside of Adelaide we can help you with the logistics of immigration or migration and relocation.
