Your World are currently seeking experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses for the opening of two new wards in a Sydney Forensic Hospital Your role will involve but not be limited to: -Assisting in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the day to day mental health and basic physical health care requirements of patients within the hospital -Promoting self awareness and development of self and colleagues -Effectively managing resources used in the provision of health care -Participating in medication administration procedures according to statutory and organisational guidelines Successfull applicants will have: -Current NSW Nurses and Midwives Registration -Minumum of 6 months recent experience working within a mental health setting -Effective skills, interest and experience in multidisciplinary team work -Effective communiation and interpersonal skills -Awareness of relevant NSW mental Health Legislation and legal frameworks -A commitment to self-learning and development -Previous experience working in a high secure mental health environment is very advantageous -Nurses with a background in Mental Health on a working holiday (417) visa are encouraged to apply In return you'll receive: -Fantastic career and further education opportunities -An attractive renumeration package -The opportunity for sponsorship for those who are on a working holiday visa
