Job Description

An enthusiastic Occupational Therapist is needed for a fantastic opportunity in easy to reach Sydney location.

Working within rehab and acute you'll be joining a dedicated multidisciplinary team who enjoy and take pride in their work. The unit encompasses inpatient and day therapy programs incorporating neurological, orthopaedic, amputee, pulmonary, cardiac and general rehabilitation.

Your role will involve:

•Full Occupational Therapy Services to maximise patients ' function and independence

•Provision of safe patient care

•Assessment of patients within the rehabilitation unit or within medical and surgical wards

•Provision of goal-directed, evidence-based therapy for hospital inpatients, day-patients and outpatients

•Provision of education for patients, carers and other team members

The successful candidate will have:

•Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy

•NSW registration

•Prior experience within an acute/rehab setting
